Important disclosures about BankMinistry's role, the limits of our content, and how rates, approvals, and state availability are determined.

BankMinistry.com is operated by Viom Global Inc, a Delaware corporation. We are not a lender. The information published on the site is provided for general educational and comparison purposes only. By using the site you acknowledge and agree to the disclaimers below.

    Key Disclaimers

    • BankMinistry.com is not a direct lender and does not make credit decisions.
    • Rates and terms vary by lender and applicant qualifications.
    • Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
    • Loan availability may vary by state.
    • We may earn commissions from affiliate partners at no extra cost to you.
    • All information is for educational and comparison purposes only.

    1. Not a lender

BankMinistry.com is not a lender, bank, credit union, or licensed loan broker. We do not originate loans, make credit decisions, take applications for credit on behalf of any lender, or set the rates, fees, or terms that lenders offer. Any reference to a borrower being "matched" with a lender refers to the editorial routing performed by our comparison tools — not to an offer of credit by BankMinistry.

    2. No guarantee of approval

Submitting information through any tool on this site — including the eligibility checker, loan quiz, comparison filter, or the Bank AI assistant — does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or approved for any product. Approval, loan amount, APR, fees, and loan terms are determined solely by the lender based on its own underwriting criteria. We have no role in those decisions and do not see the outcome of any specific application.

    3. Rates, fees, and terms vary by lender

Advertised APR ranges, fee schedules, and loan amounts on this site are sourced from each lender's published disclosures and refreshed on the cadence described in our editorial policy. Actual offers extended to you may differ based on your state of residence, credit profile, income, requested amount, and loan term. Always review each lender's full Truth in Lending Act disclosures before signing any agreement.

    4. State availability

Loan products and lenders shown on BankMinistry may not be available in every state. State law determines maximum loan amounts, allowed APRs, rollover and renewal rules, and licensing requirements. Where a lender is not licensed in your state, the offer is not extended to you regardless of what appears in any comparison card. Our state regulation pages describe what is currently legal in each state.

    5. Credit-impact disclosure

Where we describe pre-qualification as "no impact to your credit score," that statement refers specifically to the soft credit inquiry used by some lenders during pre-qualification. Soft pulls are not visible to other creditors and do not affect your credit score. A subsequent full application typically triggers a hard credit inquiry, which is visible and may temporarily reduce your score by a few points. Soft-pull availability is determined by the lender, not by BankMinistry.

    6. Affiliate compensation

BankMinistry is free for consumers. We are compensated by lending-partner networks when consumers click through to apply with a lender we feature. Compensation does not affect which lenders we include, the order in which they appear, the accuracy of the rate and fee data we publish, or the outcome of any application. The full details are on our How We Make Money page and in our Affiliate Disclosure.

    7. Short-term loans and cash advances

Cash-advance and similar small-dollar loan products can be expensive and are designed for short-term use only. They are not a long-term financial solution. Consumers experiencing repeat reliance on small-dollar credit should consider non-profit credit counseling or a credit-union small-dollar product as an alternative. Late payments and non-payment may result in additional fees, collection activity, and negative credit reporting.

    8. No financial, legal, or tax advice

Nothing on the site constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Content is editorial and educational. Consult a licensed professional before making significant financial decisions. The Bank AI matching assistant is an AI tool and explicitly disclaims financial advice in every conversation; it is a comparison aid, not an advisor.

    9. Third-party content

We may link to third-party websites and display third-party content (lender pages, regulator pages, news outlets). We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or privacy practices of third parties. A link from BankMinistry to a third-party site does not imply endorsement of any other content on that site.

    10. Forward-looking statements

Rate ranges and program details described on the site are accurate as of the date the page was last reviewed. Lender programs change. Always verify current terms on the lender's own site before applying.
